Faith's women's ministry is entitled "Women of the Word" because we emphasize applying the principles found in the Bible to our daily lives.  We offer Bible study times for women twice a week with one session on Tuesday mornings from 9 to 10:30 a.m. (childcare is provided) and the second on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m. (no childcare).  Our topics range from indepth book/verse studies (such as Paul's letter to the Philippians) to topical ones (such as prayer).   The sessions include prayer time, study time, and fellowship time.  Participants need to purchase the study books/materials, and these prices vary according to the study selected.
 
In addition, Women of the Word host events such as the annual Mother-Daughter banquet usually held on Mother's Day weekend.  For more information about Ladies Bible Study or our other events, please contact the church office at 786-4953.

The Tuesday morning study will begin September 9 and the Thursday evening study will begin September 4.  We will be meeting in the Fretcher Conference Room in the VBC building.
