Thank you for your desire to serve Christ through the Music Ministry of Faith Baptist Church. Your faithfulness is a great blessing to our church and is very important.
Please review the Special Music & Offertory Schedule below and plan ahead for your ministry opportunity. Any questions or concerns need to be addressed as early as possible to allow us to provide quality solutions. Please note and follow these guidelines.

Please make both spiritual and musical preparation for your opportunity to serve. Presenting a well-practiced piece with the Spirit's power is irreplaceable in ministry.

Make substitutions only after consulting with Bro. Whiting and only when unavoidable.

Notify Bro. Whiting with any special details connected with your song. Examples might include singing a capella, use of guitar or additional instruments other than piano, involving guests who are not members of FBC. Overall, these are all reasonable possibilities but may fit better in some services than in others.

If you are scheduled with the designation “&
Co., ” please endeavor to present a duet or trio. This adds variety and freshness to the services.

Learn new music and enlarge your personal repertoire. This will enrich your own life as you are challenged by new messages in song, and it will deepen the impact you have on those who receive that message in song.
